So, the units are absolutely beautiful, and so is the view from the resident roof-top! All have upgraded countertops and appliances (nothing outdated)! I love the pool table and all the other extra amenities the building has to offer! The roof-stop is reaaallllyy nice! However, the building employees aren't always that great (except for Andrew; he was wonderful!). It seems like you're a pain to them whenever you approach them. There's a coffee machine that's an amenity (it goes into your rent btw), but it never seems to actually work. A coffee machine is a huge plus for me, so it not working most the time is a minus for me. This time around, they just have to add water to it and push a self-cleaning button), and that's taking over a week to do!!! Meanwhile, I heard and saw some office crew having fun causing unnecessary noise on my floor in the hallway after 6pm which scared us because we thought it was intruders in the building. So, they have time to do that, but not do a cleaning of the coffee machine, which takes less than 15 minutes to do?? Unbelievable. Overall, a good comfortable building to live in, but not reliable service from the property staff. So, make your own decision c;

Kevin assisted me in maintenance issue’s in my kitchen & bathroom. After asking me a couple of questions about the leak that was happening in my fridge, he was able to figure out the issue and further explain to me how to prevent leaks in the future. He was also able to replace a bathroom cabinet drawer for me. Kevin was professional, friendly, and thorough; an overall great maintenance service experience!

I have lived here for about 9 months and in the beginning it was a great apartment atmosphere with lovely amenities. Staff were responsive albeit very slow at certain points, particularly when we had a power outage and no one could be reached. However, since then, a number of new tenants have moved in that have greatly diminished the quality of the complex with excessive weed and cigarette smoke, fentanyl use, and pets urinating in the stairwells, hallways, and elevators. Additionally, unless you talk to them in person, it is impossible to get ahold of any apartment staff by phone (will never return voicemails and rarely answer) or email (might get a response but usually takes at least a week, so make sure it isn’t anything time-pressing). This place has great potential so hopefully things will change for the better in the future if tenants are more thoughtfully selected.

Lived here for 3 years and didn’t mind it too much. The apartments themselves are very modern and nice, however you do have to deal with a lot of community members due to the area. The amenities are about average with the best one being the 24/7 gym and the Amazon locker (if the delivery drivers know how to deliver to it). I do feel that the staff could do a better job when it comes to retention of tenants. For example, I went to the front desk to let them know my lease was about to end and wanted to look at another unit. I was told to come back another day because they were busy doing other things that needed to be done. I showed up two more times after, but no one was to be found and I received no follow up. If the parking fees were lowered and the rent prices were adjusted, then this place would definitely be great as no where is perfect. 4/5

I moved to Assembly 118 about 6 months ago, it was a very hard time for me because I had to get an apartment quickly. Darron helped me with my lease agreement and tours and he was excellent. I have had an amazing time living here. The apartment is very beautiful and the staff is super helpful! I am definitely going to stay here for a long time!
